These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://dproducts.nagovss.tech (the "Site"), operated by Nagovss Digital Products ("we", "us", "our"), and your purchase of any digital product listed on the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent/guardian, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order on the Site.

3. Products & License Grant

All products sold on the Site are digital source code and related files ("Products"). Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or commercial project(s).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, you may not:

All intellectual property rights in the Products, and in the Site itself (design, branding, text), remain the property of Nagovss Digital Products or its licensors at all times, except for the limited usage license granted above.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Prices, discounts and flash-sale offers may change at any time without prior notice and do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

5. Order Confirmation & Delivery

Products are delivered digitally — immediately after successful payment, you will receive an invoice and a secure, time-limited download link by email (and can also access it on the order confirmation page). See our Delivery Policy for details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to: (a) share or resell your download link or purchased files in violation of Section 3; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our servers; (c) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or (d) upload or submit any review or content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes another party's rights.

8. Reviews & User Content

Product reviews you submit may be publicly displayed after moderation. We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any review at our discretion, including reviews that are spam, abusive, or unrelated to the product.

9. Referral Program

If you participate in our referral program, commissions are calculated as a percentage of the base sale price (before tax) of orders successfully attributed to your referral link, as displayed on your referrer dashboard. Commissions are estimates until paid; we reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions arising from fraudulent, self-referred, or abusive activity. Payouts are made manually and are subject to our confirmation.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable Indian law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nagovss Digital Products from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Products.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or referral account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
